Private Yoga Instruction

One-on-one training is an incredible way to deepen your practice. I will give you my undivided attention, offer hands-on adjustments and custom design a practice that fits your needs. Fees are based on time, not number of people, so you are welcome to book lessons as a couple or a small group as well.


I’m not kidding when I say taking private yoga with Annemaria saved my life. When I met Annemaria, I was beginning a downhill slide into chronic sciatica pain from a back injury. During the couple of years I spent searching for some kind of long-term relief and remedy, Annemaria tailored our sessions to meet what my body and mind needed that particular day. She helped me cope with pain, and strengthen my core to prevent it. Eventually, I did have spinal fusion surgery to correct the structural issue in my back. Prior to the surgery, we worked on preparing my body (and mind!) for the challenges of surgery and recovery. Now, over a year later, Annemaria still meets me where I am each day we work, but we are working toward greater strength and balance. Annemaria has an amazingly deep and wide command of yoga practices, which she offers with great compassion, intuition and humor. It’s the best thing I do for my well-being!
