A two hour practice that any Mama will love!
This practice is designed specifically for mamas with babies or children of any age. We will address the common spots of tightness in the shoulders, chest, and upper back and get to core and pelvic floor strengthening. We will flow and move and breathe and at the end leave ample time for restorative postures. You’ll be in the company of other amazing women, having a whole two hours to yourself, and no babies.
